Whether you have 2 minutes, 10 minutes, or 30 minutes or whether you are looking to alleviate anxiety or improve sleep or release stagnant emotions there is a session ready for you. You are free to practice whenever you feel like it or whenever you need to.

Depending on the stage of the moon, the seasons, and the needs of the group, the meditation changes. It is such a wonderful way to end the week and prepare to step into the new one.
